Jaisukh Shah

Founder of Wilco Publishing House, Jaisukh Shah laid the foundation for a legacy in Indian publishing. His vision shaped Wilco into a trusted name for quality books. A pioneer in the industry, he remains an inspiration for generations of readers and publishers.

Ajai Shah

Ajai Shah, Founder and Director of Wilco International LLP, began his publishing journey at just 15 and went on to build Wilco into a globally respected brand. For over five decades, he championed classic literature and children's books while pioneering international distribution. His vision and leadership took Wilco global, establishing strong export channels to make the company’s publications available worldwide.

Natasha Shah Bammi

Founder of Woodpecker Books and Publishing Director at Wilco International LLP, (A division of Wilco Publishing House) Natasha Shah Bammi is dedicated to nurturing a lifelong love for reading in children. With over 25 years in publishing and a degree from the London School of Printing and Publishing, she brings creativity and expertise to every project. Natasha continues to grow Woodpecker Books into a beloved brand for young readers.

Arun Chawla

Partner at Wilco International LLP and Director of Global Sales for the Wilco division, Arun Chawla has led Wilco’s international expansion for over 30 years. Known for his strategic acumen and tireless work ethic, he has played a key role in building global partnerships. Under his leadership, Wilco has been firmly positioned on the world publishing map. .
